Meet Elijah Gilmer, our Founder and CEO. Born and raised in Redmond, WA, he's currently living in Seattle attending the University of Washington. Elijah has been flying drones and practicing aerial photography and videography since 2017.

Up Washington was created to provide quality aerial photography at an affordable price. We offer 4K, high-resolution, professionally edited photos, as well as video that is strung into short clips that are guaranteed to surpass expectation.
Compared to our competitors, we offer lower prices without diminishing the quality of service. All of our footage is shot in 4K and the final product can be delivered with quick turnarounds of when the footage is taken.
